Being Brain Smart
Audiences learn about neuroscience and what the brain needs to balance stress, to stay healthy and productive. Tools will be shared for brain-smart ways, allowing for more productivity as a result of the right mindset, attitude and a positive focus with personal responsibility.
The content is based on scientific research from influential areas in this field including Neuroscience and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which offer important evidence around what the brain needs to balance stress, to stay healthy, productive and engaged, along with tools for how to gain and encourage a healthy mindset and brain-smart ways. Ultimately this allows for more productivity as a result of the right mindset, attitude and a positive focus with personal responsibility in their teams, which helps build greater engagement and loyalty.
